Integral Consulting Inc. ( is an international science and engineering firm providing multidisciplinary services in the fields of environmental science and engineering, health, ecology, aquatic sciences, geology and hydrology, atmospheric science, and environmental chemistry. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Engineer for our Louisville, CO office.


This position requires at a least a B.S. in civil or environmental engineering and approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental remediation and water treatment systems. The position will be based in Louisville, CO (other potential locations include San Francisco, CA; Portland, OR; and Cherry Hill, NJ or New York City, although other locations maybe be considered depending on the candidate). Qualified candidates should have well-rounded civil and environmental engineering experience that includes demonstrated design experience in one or more of the following areas: groundwater remediation systems, stormwater treatment systems, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants. Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability in the evaluation of project data to develop applicable design criteria and produce plans and specifications for water treatment and site remediation applications. Demonstrated cost estimating experience is also required. Experience with use and integration of ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and graphics applications to support environmental engineering evaluations and design is highly desirable. Construction oversight and other remediation system design experience is also a differentiator.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Feasibility studies/alternative analyses
  • Engineering analyses
  • Preparation of plans and specifications
  • Preparation of bid documents and subcontractor procurement
  • Construction oversight
  • Communication of technical information to varied audiences (e.g., clients, staff, regulators, and stakeholders)
  • Technical support on litigation or allocation matters, including cost estimating
  • Permitting
  • Project management
  • Numerical modeling


Education and Licenses

  • Graduate-level degree in civil or environmental engineering is preferred.
  • Professional Engineering license (Civil preferred) or ability to obtain license within 2 years.
