If you have an ATS (applicant tracking system, a formal online hiring software system)

  • This is an additional place to advertise your jobs and redirect your applicants to your ATS.
  • We also provide optional hiring assessments at special NEBC rates to help you make more informed decisions. For information on assessments, contact Jan Foster, our partner at Performance Resources, jan@prol.ws.

If you don’t have an ATS:

Your login will allow you to post jobs and track your applicants. Included in the NEBC system are:

  • Applicants can enter basic contact information through LinkedIn.
  • Applicants can apply for multiple jobs without reentering all their information.
  • Applicants can complete a simple application that includes basic contact information and resume/cover letter upload.
  • Create job specific screening questions to weed out applicants who don’t meet your minimum requirements and to learn more about your applicants without hunting through their resume.

  • Track where candidates are in your hiring process.
  • Keep notes on applicants.
  • Forward screened applications to hiring managers.
  • Send emails to applicants.
  • Job postings can be sent to a variety of common job boards, posted to your company’s LinkedIn or Facebook page.
